- 250 ml (1 cup) iÖGO Greek 0% Plain yogurt
- 375 ml (1 ½ cup) cooked beets, cubed
- 7 ml (1 ½ tsp.) orange zest
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Why not make more beets as a side dish or for a cold salad and keep 375 ml (1 ½ cup) to prepare the dip?
Using a food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight to allow flavours to blend.
Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
Keeps 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
