- 500 ml (2 cups) canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 125 ml (½ cup) iÖGO Probio Lactose-free Plain yogurt
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) ground cumin
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Italian parsley, chopped
- Salt and ground pepper
In a food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with roasted French bread, crostinis or pita. Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with cumin and fresh parsley.
