Date-Almond Breakfast Bowl
- Serves : Makes 560 ml (2 ¼ cups) or 2 to 3 servings
- Preparation : 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of iÖGO Probio Vanilla yogurt
- 125 ml (½ cup) of cashew or almond milk, sweetened or not
- 125 ml (½ cup) apple sauce, sweetened or not
- 60 ml (¼ cup) dates, pitted
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) almond and cashew butter
Like a smoothie, but you can eat it with a spoon.
Preparation
Using a blender, grind all ingredients.
Garnish with bananas, toasted almonds or cubed dates.
Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
