Date-Almond Breakfast Bowl

  • Serves : Makes 560 ml (2 ¼ cups) or 2 to 3 servings
  • Preparation : 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of iÖGO Probio Vanilla yogurt
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of cashew or almond milk, sweetened or not
  • 125 ml (½ cup) apple sauce, sweetened or not
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) dates, pitted
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) almond and cashew butter
Like a smoothie, but you can eat it with a spoon.

Preparation

Using a blender, grind all ingredients.

Garnish with bananas, toasted almonds or cubed dates.

Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
