Overnight Express Oatmeal

  • Serves : Donne 500 ml (2 tasses) soit 2-3 portions
  • Preparation : 5 minutes
  • Cooking/Cooling : Toute la nuit


  • 250 ml (1 cup) Probio or Greek Vanilla yogurt (your choice)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk or plant-based drink to taste (soy, almond, rice, etc.)
  • 125 ml (½ cup) oatmeal
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chia seeds
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla extract

Good to know…

Garnish your oatmeal to your liking (fresh fruit, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, etc.).

Prepare several jars ahead of time for those hectic mornings.


In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover.

Refrigerate until the next morning.

Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
