iögo PROTEINe Apple Muffins

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 1½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup iögo PROTEINe Plain
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup raisins

The muffins will keep for up to 5 days.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.

In a second bowl, beat the egg, then add the yogurt, sugar and diced apples. Mix well. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the walnuts and raisins.

Divide the mixture into a previously greased muffin pan and bake for 35 minutes.

Once baked, let the muffins stand for about 10 minutes on a rack.
