Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) iÖGO Probio Lactose-free Plain yogurt
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) mayonnaise
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) lactose-free Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 280 g (10 oz) fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and finely grated
  • Salt and ground pepper

Good to know…

Serve with freshly-cut vegetables like cucumbers, endives, carrots, etc. Serve with bread slices or use this dip in tomato sandwiches or other sandwiches of your choice.
