- 250 ml (1 cup) iÖGO Greek 0% Plain yogurt
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, unpeeled and grated
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh mint, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavours to blend.
Serve with raw vegetables and pita chips.
Keeps 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
