Tzatziki

  • Serves : Makes 310 ml (1 ¼ cup)
  • Preparation : 10 minutes
  • Cooking/Cooling : At least one hour

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) iÖGO Greek 0% Plain yogurt
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, unpeeled and grated
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh mint, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Wake up your raw veggies!

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavours to blend.

Serve with raw vegetables and pita chips.

Keeps 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
